He brought to our attention that our carpet was wearing extremely fast, considering we just installed it a little over 1 year. We took the problem to the company we purchased it from, they filed a claim with the manufacturer and within a day we were approved for total replacement of all the carpet. We would have never known anything was wrong if it had not been for Cliff. Thank you, thank you so much for all your expertise.”

“I must say when you need your carpets and tile floors cleaned, Cliff is the man to do it. He uses soft water and the difference is carpet back to new condition. I am a Realtor here in St.George and anytime my clients need the flooring cleaned for an upcoming listing or a closing gift for a buyer, I call Cliff.
He is fast and honest. He has even turned down jobs because the carpet was just to old and it just needed new carpet.
Another thing about American Carpet is his method of cleaning and the soft water is per the manufacturer warranty guidelines. So your warranty is still valid. So in short, you want a great job, friendly technician and clean floors call American Carpet Care..”

“American Carpet Care are amazing! The owner is the nicest man I have ever met. He was very thorough and informative. He not only cleaned my carpets but also my tile entry and in my kitchen. I hand scrub my tile floors and they have never looked better than after American Carpet Care came in. He spoke to me about proper care of my carpets to help prevent damage to the carpet as well as the carpet pad. I will definitely use their services again and refer them to everyone I know.”

He didn't try to up-sell me on any unnecessary treatments or make an attempt to drive up his overall rate. If anything, Cliff mentioned that my carpets didn't need a full service cleaning just yet but that he'd be happy to provide the service.
He showed up on time, was great with my dog, worked efficiently yet was thorough and left my home clean and smelling great! I have white carpeting and he was able to lift every single stain! He quotes you a fair price and he makes sure you're 100% satisfied before he leaves.
I am a very picky customer and I have absolutely no complaints.

“When I moved into my house I was showed documentation of everything that was done previous to our move in and carpet cleaning was one of them. “So I have a very picky and finicky family member who had a white rug in her home. I sent Cliff and his crew out to clean it. She called almost immediately stating how professional and through they were with her carpets and in particular her white rug. It had not looked that good since she bought it. She has used him since.
